Terms and Conditions

ELIGIBILITY FOR JOINING

Candidates should have successfully completed ITC-Draughtsman (Civil), Diploma or B-Tech in Civil Engineering. Interested Candidates should produce their Original Certificates for Verification.
Candidates should score minimum 50% marks in the Screening Test conducted by M/s JP&P to be eligible for Admission to the courses. This screening test is to check whether the candidate have required mathematical ability and logical reasoning, which is inevitable for a career in Construction Industry. Candidates scoring less than 50% in the screening test will not be eligible for selection to the courses.
Candidates scoring 95% and above marks in the screening test will be offered a special 10% discount in the applicable Course Fees.
A Batch will be started if and only if the minimum number of students enrolls for the course as per fee structure.?
Candidates should pay the full course fee in Advance at the time of joining the Course.
Courses will only cover the Civil Engineering part of Construction in detail, MEPpart will not be covered in detail.

CLASS TIMINGS

Classes will be from Monday to Saturday from 9.30 AM to 5.30 PM with half an hour lunch break and two 10 minutes intermediate breaks.

ELIGIBILITY FOR CERTIFICATION

At the end of the course the Certifying Body will conduct Examination.
Students who join for the Courses shall attend all classes without fail. Only those students who have minimum 90% attendance in classes will be eligible to attend the Examination.
Certificates will be issued only to the Students who score more than 50% marks in the Examination or they will have to reappear for the exams. The charges per reappearance will be Rs1000/-

CONDUCT & BEHAVIOUR DURING THE COURSE

It is important that students are respectful towards instructors and fellow classmates, and that their behaviors not interfere with nor disrupt class activities. Therefore, students are expected to adhere to the following rules when classes:
Plan to arrive to class on time and to stay for the entire class period (or until dismissed) because random arrivals and exits are disrespectful and distracting
All cell phones, smart phones, and other electronic devices (e.g., pagers, iPods) must be turned off (or on vibrate) and hidden from view during class time. [Consult your instructor as some prefer that cell phones are "off" and others allow that phones are set on vibrates.]
As per the policy, there is NO use of any electronic devices (e.g., cell phones, iPads, smart phones, laptops, etc.) allowed during exams and other graded in-class assignments.
Laptop and tablet computers are allowed for (quiet) note taking only: i.e., other activities such as checking personal e-mail or browsing the Internet are prohibited.
Students should always have their Calculators and Measuring Tapes (in metric) with them. Food and beverages are NOT permitted in classrooms. Those must be consumed in designated areas only.
Students are responsible for what transpired if they miss a class. It is the student’s responsibility to contact a classmate to determine what was missed. (Note: Instructors may have their own set of rules regarding attendance.)
Talking and other disruptive behaviors are not permitted while classes are in session.
Be polite and respectful towards others, instructor and other students.
Students are expected to be professional and respectful of other students, instructors, JP&P administration, and staff. That includes verbal and physical behavior as well as language used in email and phone messages.
Students (and faculty) must adhere to Center rules regarding online access and usage.
Individual instructors may have additional requests regarding classroom behavior. Please adhere to those as well.
In addition to the above conduct guidelines, students are expected to do original work for all course assignments, including exams. Students are responsible for their own conduct and all cases of dishonesty (e.g., plagiarism, cheating) will be reported to the Certifying Body officials. Students are expected to adhere to JP&P and Certifying Body policies regarding Academic Integrity.

TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation and Travelling will have to be taken care of by the Students and/ortheir Parents/guardians.
JP&P will in no way responsible for the student’s Accommodation & Travel and/or their activities outside the course location(s)
